Provide and secure the platform, enforce tier entitlements, and generate audit envelopes.
Respond to support requests and invoice workflows.

Retention
Project and decision records are retained while your subscription is active and for a defined period afterward per our data lifecycle policy.
Knowledge Ask audit bundles may be retained for a shorter period for abuse prevention.
