Bacenik processes data to provide the service, keep a record of each assessment, bill subscriptions, and keep the service reliable.

Account data: name, email, company profile, billing contact, and sign-in details.
Project data: the concept you enter, assessment results, decision records, and exports you generate.
Technical data: network address, how you signed in, and records of errors that occur while you use the service.
Payment data: processed by Paystack or Stripe. Bacenik retains transaction references, not full card numbers.
How we use information
Provide and secure the service, apply the access included in your plan, and keep a record of each assessment.
Respond to support requests and send invoices.
Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
Retention
Project and decision records are retained while your subscription is active and for a defined period afterward, as stated in the data policy.
Questions asked against the evidence library may be kept for a shorter period to prevent misuse.
You may request export or deletion, subject to legal requirements to keep certain records.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data.
